Everything you need.
All in one place.
Simple, straight to the point. No manuals. No complexity. Just what you need to get your dashboard running and making sense of your business.
Quick Start
From signup to your first insight in under 5 minutes
1
Create your account
Go to app.laps.media and sign up with your email. You can also use your Google account — one click, done. You will be asked to set up two-factor authentication. Do it. It protects your data and your clients' data.
2
Connect your platforms
You will see a simple setup screen. Click Connect Meta, Connect Google, and whatever else you use. You just log in with your existing accounts — no codes, no tokens, no tech knowledge needed.
3
Your dashboard is ready
That's it. Your Executive Overview loads with your real data. Revenue, ad performance, bookings — everything in one screen. Bryan, your AI adviser, will already have a first insight waiting for you.
Your 14-day trial starts now. You have full access to everything. No credit card until you decide to stay — and most people do.
Connect Platforms
Your data sources. Each one is one button click.
1
Meta Ads Live
Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads and click Connect Meta. Log in with your Facebook Business account. Select the ad account you want to track. Done. Your Meta spend, ROAS, and campaign performance will appear on the dashboard immediately.
2
Google Ads Live
Same process. Click Connect Google, log in with your Google account, select your Google Ads account. Your Google performance data loads automatically alongside your Meta data.
3
WooCommerce (WordPress) Live
Click Connect WooCommerce and type your store URL (example: yourbusiness.com.au). You will be redirected to your WordPress admin to approve the connection. Click Approve. Your orders and revenue data will sync automatically.
4
HubSpot Coming Soon
Click Connect HubSpot, log in with your HubSpot account. Your deals, pipeline and contacts will flow directly into the dashboard. No more switching tabs.
5
Salesforce Coming Soon
Click Connect Salesforce, log in. Your accounts, opportunities and revenue pipeline will appear alongside your marketing data. Finally, one view.
6
Bookings Form
Go to Settings → Bookings → Get Embed Code. Copy the one line of code and paste it into your website (works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow — anywhere). A booking form will appear on your site, and every submission will track where the customer came from — Google, Meta, organic — automatically.
Your credentials are safe. We never see your passwords. Every connection uses secure OAuth — the same technology your bank uses. Your tokens are encrypted and only you can access them.
Adding Clients
See every client's performance without switching platforms
The Clients section in the sidebar is where all your clients live. Click on any client and you see their own Executive Overview — same layout, their data. You can manage 1 client or 50. The experience is the same.
1
Add a client manually
Go to Clients → Add New Client. Enter their business name. Then connect their platforms the same way you connected yours — Meta, Google, WooCommerce. Each client has their own independent credentials.
2
Import from HubSpot or Salesforce Coming Soon
If your clients are already in your CRM, you do not need to add them manually. Click Import from HubSpot or Import from Salesforce and select which accounts to bring in. They appear in your Clients list instantly.
3
View a client's dashboard
Click the client's name in the sidebar. The Executive Overview loads with their data. Same layout you already know. Switch between clients in one click — no logging out, no separate accounts.

What every number means and why it matters
ADS
Meta Ads & Google Ads
Shows your total spend for the selected period, your ROAS (how much revenue you got back for every dollar spent), and the percentage change vs the previous period. The chart shows daily spend. Gold means above average. If the number is red, you need to act.
BOOK
Booking Origin
Shows where your bookings are coming from — Direct (people who already know you), Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, or Referral. The bigger a slice, the more bookings from that channel. Click View Full Report to see the detail.
ENG
Engagement Over Time
Total sessions (people visiting your site or app) over the selected period. The percentage shows if you are growing or shrinking compared to last period. An upward line is good. A flat line means your campaigns are not pulling new traffic.
TOP
Top Performing Campaigns
Your best campaigns ranked by ROAS. Each row shows the campaign name, bookings generated, ROAS, and revenue. This tells you what is working. Double down on what is at the top. Question what is not on the list.
REV
Monthly Growth
Your total revenue for the current period and how it compares month by month. The last bar is always highlighted in gold — that is where you are now. A consistent upward trend means your strategy is working.
AI
Insights & Recommendations
Three cards generated by Bryan based on your actual data. High Performer tells you what is exceeding expectations. Opportunity shows where you are leaving money on the table. Trend Alert flags something shifting — good or bad. These change as your data changes.
Use the date picker. Top right of the dashboard. Change the period and every single number updates instantly. Compare last month to this month in one click.
Bryan — Your AI Adviser
Available 24/7. Knows your business. Speaks your language.
Bryan is not a chatbot. He is a senior adviser who has already read all your data before you open the app. Think of him as your CFO and CMO in one, available at 3am on a Sunday if you need him.
1
Open Bryan
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page. Bryan's panel opens. He already knows the period you are looking at and all the numbers on your screen.
2
Ask anything about your business
Talk to Bryan like you would talk to a trusted adviser. "Why did my ROAS drop last week?" — "Which campaign should I pause?" — "Where should I put my next $5,000 in ad spend?" He gives you a direct answer, not a generic one.
3
Bryan remembers everything
Every conversation is saved. Next time you open the app, Bryan remembers what you discussed. You do not need to explain your business every time. He builds context over time, the same way a real adviser would.
4
Proactive alerts
Sometimes Bryan will tap you on the shoulder — a small notification on his icon. That means he spotted something in your data worth your attention. Could be a campaign burning budget with no results. Could be a channel that just started outperforming. Either way, he tells you before you need to go looking.
Bryan works best with connected data. The more platforms you connect, the smarter his insights. With only one platform connected, he has limited context. With everything connected, he is very sharp.
Export Reports
Board-ready reports in seconds
1
Click Export Report
Top right of the dashboard header. Select PDF for a formatted executive report or CSV for raw data you can drop into your own spreadsheet or accounting tool.
2
The report reflects your current view
Whatever date range and client you have selected is exactly what goes into the export. Set it to last quarter, select your client, export — done. The PDF is formatted for a board presentation, not for a developer.
Settings
Your account, your branding, your integrations
PRF
Profile
Update your name, email, and upload your company logo. Your logo replaces the LAPS logo on your dashboard — it is your product, branded as yours.
INT
Integrations
Connect, disconnect, or reconnect any platform here. You can also see the status of each connection — green means live and syncing, yellow means something needs attention.
BIL
Billing
Manage your subscription, update payment details, or download invoices. Your 14-day trial shows here too — you will see exactly when it ends and what happens next.
Security
Your data is treated the same way a bank treats yours
2FA
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Go to Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. You will use an app like Google Authenticator. Every time you log in, you enter your password plus a one-time code. Even if someone gets your password, they cannot get in without your phone.
ENC
How we protect your data
All platform credentials are encrypted with AES-256 — the same standard used by financial institutions. We never store your passwords. When you connect Meta or Google, we receive a secure token from them. Your data is isolated — no other user on the platform can ever see your information or your clients' information.
LOG
Access log
Go to Settings → Security → Access Log to see every login to your account — device, location, and time. If you see something you do not recognise, click Revoke Session immediately and change your password.
FAQ
The questions we get most often
Under 5 minutes for the first setup. Connecting Meta and Google takes about 2 minutes each — it is just a login flow. WooCommerce takes 3 minutes including the approval step. After that, you never need to touch it again unless you want to add something new.
No. If you can log into Facebook, you can connect Meta. If you can log into Google, you can connect Google. The WooCommerce connection requires you to paste a URL and click Approve — that is the hardest step, and it takes 30 seconds.
Yes. Go to Settings → Team and invite anyone you want. You control what they can see and do. A team member can view reports without being able to change integrations or billing.
Meta and Google data updates every hour. WooCommerce orders sync in real time. Booking form submissions appear instantly. You are never looking at data that is more than 60 minutes old.
You will receive an email 3 days before your trial ends. If you choose to subscribe, your data and settings remain exactly as they are. If you choose not to continue, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Yes, that is exactly how it works. You have one login. Your clients are isolated from each other. When you click on Client A, you see only Client A's data. Client B sees nothing of Client A. Ever. This is enforced at the database level, not just the interface level.
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner and ask Bryan — he can diagnose most connection issues. If the problem is on our side, we will know about it and be working on it. You can also email support@laps.media and you will hear back the same business day.
